Daryle used her 10lb weights on bulgarian split squats and also on her side plank rows!
Sonja and Shelley increased their weight on shoulder presses.
Kandace increased her weights on the side plank rows.

She had another increase in weights during the strength circuit and she is an awesome example to her friends. She came today with two guests who are very close to her. Maria earned Boot Camper Of The Day for her sprints in the SEVEN workout. This girl has some wheels! Shout outs also to Rochelle for keeping her hips up for the eccentric and concentric portions of the leg curls, Candace for her fast paced plank jacks and Jaime for continuing to inspire and motivate with her intense work ethic.

increasing the amount of water they drink.
This, however, does NOT mean you have to give up fun and flavor. Make drinking water more enjoyable without
the extra calories by taking advantage of the summer season produce. Here are a few tips to add zest to your water.
- Add a slice or two of an orange and a lime.
- Instead of ice, add frozen strawberries and an orange slice or two.
