ReplyDeleteBooty Blaster is the name of the workout.
A super skater is a single leg exercise that is a cross between a lunge and deadlift.
You stand balancing on one foot, push your hips back as if trying to sit in a seat. As you push your hips back you bend your knee also and lower your body.
Keep a straight back (no arch) although you are bending from the hip and your chest will be facing the ground. Return to starting position. It looks like a speed skater as they accelerate.
