IT WAS INSPIRED BY MY NEED TO DO CARDIO AND RESISTANCE TRAINING, MY LACK OF TIME, AND MY UNWILLINGNESS TO HEAD TO THE GYM. IT WAS JUST TOO BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE TO BE STUCK INDOORS.
