First Step:

Choose the level or “Tier” of the Breakthrough Challenge that you’d like to be a part of. (Explained Below)

Second Step:

Third Step:

Read, complete and return the online registration form. 


Challenge Dates: January 7th - March 2nd

Kickoff Meeting: Friday, January 4th, 6 pm
Grocery Store Tour: Saturday, January 5th, 9:30 am

Accountability Meetings: January 19th, February 2nd, February 16th, March 2nd 7am

PRIZES:  $300 Cash Prize for EACH Local & Online Winner*

* Prize based on 10 participants in each category.  Fit Club reserves the right to change prize or cancel the challenge if there are less than 10 participants in any given category.

There are no refunds after registration fee has been paid UNLESS the challenge is cancelled.

If the challenge is cancelled, you will be issued a 100% refund.

Coppell Female Fitness Training Rock Stars

Today's female fitness training rock stars are....

Everyone in attendance had CRAZY energy and really pushed each other.  I saw many personal bests that night.  Shout out to Susan, Tricia, Jennifer, Jess, Renina, Renee, Jennifer K, Chelsey, Ginna, and Aleya!

Amanda's squat form is sooooo improved and she got loooow today!!!

Jennifer your commitment to squat right to get it tight this morning earned you Fit Clubber of the Day.  Awesome depth and drive on the way back up.  We know you will be sore tomorrow... but at least you will be proud too!

Andrea B. made it through the entire workout with great intensity...she even went up in weight on her shoulder presses!!!


9:30 am Coppell Training Group
Sara, Nora, and Bernice each had break out workouts today.  Nora you exhibited tremendous improvement on your core control as exhibited in the rolling plank and push up reach out moves.  Bernice you are truly making your post birth comeback with textbook perfect lunges and great core control---that is hard post birth and you are rocking it.  Sara your determination to finish your squat and press today without dropping weight was remarkable.  It took a little "cheering" in your ear but you got it done...IN STYLE!

Pamela and Nancy earned Fit Clubber of the Day today for their finisher DOMINATION.  The finisher was CRAZY and they conquered it.  Way to work!

5:30 am Highland Village Training Group
Jaime earns FCOD for adding tuck jumps to her burpees in the finisher WITHOUT any coach suggestions and Nikki stepped it up and used 15# dumbbells on the single leg deadlifts.  Way to progress!  Lana also gets a shout out for joining us for the first time and rocking the workout with super deep Bulgarian Split Squats!

MONDAY

5:20am Coppell Training Group
Nancy!!! She rocked it out today on the renegade rows!!!! Complete hip stability with no twisting back and forth

5:30am Highland Village Training Group
Jennifer came to her SECOND Fit Club workout with enthusiasm and dedication even with sore quads!  She not only executed but increased her range of motion on them.  Way to rock!

6:15am Coppell Training Group
Andrea!!! She is really pushing herself and actively seeking to understand the movements we are doing as well as getting the form correct!!! She did awesome today!!!
Special shutout to Tara!!! I subbed SLDL with a SA clean and press and her form on the clean and press was absolutely perfect!!!!

Bernice & Nora were great sports today and had great focus and intensity on our FIVE ROUND workout!

Swati & Kim help their own in the slider flip game.  Even though they were outnumbered, they zoomed around with the intent to win.  Great champion attitude ladies!
