4-Minute Boot Camp Workout for Busy Women

Here's a boot camp circuit for fat loss that we did this morning at Great Shape Fit Club.

Wide Squat (advanced version : Wide Squat Jumps) - 30 seconds
Push Up (modified version: on your knees) - 30 seconds
Skip Rope (alternating feet- no real rope needed)-45 seconds
Repeat continuously for 2 cycles.

With this one 4 minute circuit, you will get your heart pumping and thighs and arms burning.
