Coppell Fitness Boot Camp - Avoid Boot Camp Scams

Are you in Coppell and ready to sign up for a boot camp fitness program to lose weight, banish belly fat, and get lean legs and toned arms? If you live in Valley Ranch, Coppell or anywhere in Dallas, chances are that there's a boot camp program within 3-5 minutes of your home or job. But before you sign up, be sure to ask this very important question...

Question #4: How are participants with different fitness levels accomodated in class?
It is very important to be sure that your trainer knows how to work with participants with varying degrees of fitness in the same class. Many boot camp programs claim to be great for all shapes, sizes, and abilities but what type of client your trainer is accustomed to working with will impact your experience. If you just stumbled off of the couch into a boot camp program, you don’t want a coach who is only accustomed to working with elite athlete types. Similarly if you are super fit, a coach who is only accustomed to dealing with deconditioned clients may not be the best fit for you. Running a boot camp class requires a coach to be active, alert, and quick thinking. Often times coaches may need to progress or regress any given planned exercise on the spot to suit the participants’ fitness levels and to ensure that everyone gets a great workout. Your potential coach should be able to communicate to you with confidence their ability to modify exercises and think on their feet in a dynamic enviornment. Your potential trainer should be able to easily tell you who their program is NOT ideal for.

Great Shape Fit Club – The Boutique Boot Camp is designed for women of all sizes, shapes, and abilities with an interest in fat loss and body shaping. I work with clients who have body transformation goals. My 8 plus years of training, experience with clients of varying physical condition, degree in Biomechanics and overall love for exercise science enables me to quickly progress and regress exercises on the spot to increase or decrease the challenge for each participant. Although I am knowledgeable in areas of training other than fat loss and body shaping, my boot camp is not ideal for training endurance athletes, preparing physique athletes for competition, or for rehabilitating injuries.
