Jaclyn took us up on our recent boot camp challenge and decided to participate in the Jean Drop Challenge. Jaclyn, along with 9 other ladies, participates in twice weekly coached cardio sessions with boot camp coach, Concita Thomas. Prior to taking the challenge, Jaclyn was (and still is) taking boot camp classes twice weekly in the Highland Village PM class of Great Shape Fit Club. She used the focus of an 8-week deadline, the camaraderie of group workouts, and the increased accountability of coached cardio and weekly food journal checks to get back into her skinny jeans in just 5 weeks. The best part is, she has 3 weeks left to her challenge and doesn't plan on letting up one bit. Congratulations Jaclyn!
