Fitness Training for Women

Fit Clubber of the Day


Our members rock.  They are the reason we are the best fitness training for women in town.  Check out what they accomplished today.

5:20am Coppell Personal Training Group:
 FCOD was Carolyn!!! Woohoo she rocked the big girl weights on the DL Rows. She didn't think she could do it and she picked them up and busted that station put all four times!!!!

5:30am Highland Village Personal Training Group

Maria, Jaime, and Kalpana progressed to single leg hip bridges on the ball and burpee tuck jumps during a CHALLENGE WORKOUT.  Way to go ladies!

6:15 Coppell Personal Training Group:

 FCOD was Cinnamon!!! She upped her weights on the DL Row and increased her angle on the TRX curls, increasing the difficulty!!!!!
