Holiday Survival Challenge is back again!

 The SECOND ANNUAL Holiday Survival Challenge

 The wildly popular Holiday Survival Challenge is back with a twist.  Get through the holidays without gaining A SINGLE POUND like our over 40 participants did last year by following our “DAILY 3” guidelines.

Where do we train? The Fit Club training studio- 773 S. MacArthur Blvd, Suite #215, Coppell.  Weekly group training sessions also held at Excite Gym in Highland Village.  See our online schedule for complete schedule details.

When do we start? Our first day is November 25th.  We know this is a busy time of year so our video orientation and kickoff will be posted in our online forum by November 23rd.  The challenge runs from November 25th through December 26th.  Our victory workout will be held on December 26th  (time TBD) at the Fit Club studio.

IF YOU ARE NOT A MONTHLY AUTOPAY FIT CLUB MEMBER, YOU HAVE THREE OPTIONS…

OPTION ONE - “Express Fitness Option”: $129
This gets you TWO training sessions each week in addition to the rest of the challenge perks.

OPTION TWO - “Busy Woman Option”: $169
This gets you THREE training sessions each week in addition to the rest of the challenge perks.

OPTION THREE - “Hardcore Option”: $199
This gets you UNLIMITED training sessions each week in addition to the rest of the challenge perks.

Is it worth it?
Only you can determine what surviving the holiday without gaining a pound means to you but I have not met a challenger yet who has regretted the investment.
