Celeste made FCOD for her awesome intensity and congrats for making it to Fit Club 3 days back to back!
5:30 AM Highland Village Training Group
Kalpana, Lisa, Daryle and Jennifer tore up the workout this morning. 10's or 15's on shoulder press, 8's or 10's on bentover W raises, major push in all lunges and squats, and everyone completed the entire :45 of mountain climbers and the plank hold. Outstanding intensity from everyone today.

Andrea, Patty, Tara, Cinnamon, Kim and Natasha all made FCOD for their intensity on this really tough workout filled with blasters and threats!
