Tricia dipped it down on her tricep dips!
Amanda took over the gym floor with her 5 pt. drill!
Susan had her game face on & worked hard to progressing her push ups!
Kim gave it all she had & did some great reverse lunges!
Jennifer planked it up on both sides!

FCOD Shawna R. rocked out the tricep extensions LIKE A BOSS!

All the ladies pushed through Workout C! It was a beast!
Maria killed the single leg bent deadlifts!
Daryle got her knees way up on her hi knee run!
Jennifer was extremely high on SB Leg Curls!
Andrea let those plank ups have it!!
