Today's Strength Circuit:
1- Jump Squats
2-Single Leg Deadlifts
3- Push Ups with Alternating Hand Positions
4- Single Arm Dumbell Rows
5- Single Arm Push Press
Do one exercise for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds then proceed to the next exercise. Repeat in this manner for 4 rounds. Burn tons of fat in just 20 minutes.
