Try this boot camp circuit at home to get luscious legs like the ladies in our Highland Village boot camp class...
6 minute circuit workout
- Wide stance squats
- Braced wall squats
Do the first exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds. Do the next exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat this two minute superset three times for a total of 6 minutes.
