Put each exercise on a piece of paper and place them in a cup. You will do each for a minute and then pull out an exercise every minute and that will be the exercise you do. You have the liberty to switch it up (for example you pull out jump squats and the next thing you pull out is jump lunges...2 minutes of plyo is a lot so draw another exercise and then add the jump lunges in after a few other exercises).
