10-Minute Circuit for a Great Butt
Regular Squat
Plie Squat
Split Squat Right Leg
Split Squat Left Leg
Rest
Do each exercise for 30 seconds with no rest between exercises. Rest for 30 seconds at the end and repeat the entire giant circuit 4 TIMES. This will take 10 minutes.
