We call this circuit A LUNGE STORY.
This short circuit workout will significantly improve your rear view...
-R split squat
-L split squat
-walking lunges
-Reverse alt lunges
-rest
Do one exercise after another without rest. Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds at the end and repeat 4 times for 10 minutes.
