Highland Village Boot Camp

Here's a sample of what happened in boot camp class this morning in Highland Village. Give it a try on your own...

THE 12 MINUTE CARDIO CIRCUIT
  • Prisoner Jump Squats
  • High Knees
  • Burpees
  • Crossover Mt. Climbers
Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest after each exercise for 30 seconds and then move onto the next exercise. Repeat the entire giant circuit 3 TIMES. This will take 12 minutes.
