FCOD for this session was Nancy, Pam, Michelle, Susan, Natasha and A.D. for their tenacity and pulling through a difficult crazy countdown challenge consisting of mostly single-sided dumbbell exercises!!!

5:30 AM Highland Village Training Group
For her fantastically piked pike ups, Andrea earned HVAM's FCOD title.  Shout outs to the whole group for their intensity during the 40 second rounds of toe taps and Jennifer for getting even lower on her pushups.

6:15 AM Coppell Training Group

Coppell New Mom Weight Loss Results



We are so proud of our member Bernice. You saw her shout out for mastering a pretty hard core exercise a few weeks back and now you get to see how all of that work paid off. 

She hit her goal of getting fit enough to confidently wear her bikini again and the best part is... her baby is less than 5 months old. We are so proud of you Bernice!

Bernice did the Mommy Makeover Training sessions twice weekly along with Crazy Conditioning every Saturday. When she had extra time she would do a 10-minute home bike sprint routine designed for her by Concita.

Her nutrition changes included reducing her sugar intake and ensuring that she was getting adequate protein. We placed less emphasis on perfection in following ALL of the recommended nutrition habits and instead focused on consistency with the two named above as well as consistency with attendance to her 3 weekly sessions. Despite many tired days resulting from night time feedings and taking care of her toddler while also working in the corporate world, she committed herself to the program and has awesome results as her reward.

She is looking forward to part two of her transformation and so are we. She is definitely one to watch.

FCOD is Miss Carolyn...bumped up to level three onus hips with absolutely PERFECT form!!!!
Special shoutouts to the three ladies in class, Carolyn, Donna and Nancy...their plank jacks were phenomenal. All of them rocked level two!!!

FCOD is Jennifer for outstanding effort and determination. She completed all :45 of level 2 lateral step out push-ups for the first time today!  It is awesome to watch this women's progress.

FCOD Candace stepped up her intensity and her level on plank jacks...level three baby and she rocked them!!!!

Maria and Jaime tied for FCOD today. Maria did low agility toe touches at a blistering pace in the finisher and Jaime held 15's overhead for Bulgarian split squats...AWESOME!!

6:15 AM Coppell Training Group
Cinnamon!!!! She encouraged Andrea and she went up a level on her Bulgarian split squats!!! She also asked questions today about off day conditioning :)

Outstanding job this morning by Jaime.  She had a high level of energy throughout the entire workout plus took on the challenge of decline lateral push ups with her feet on the stability ball!  Wow!

Donna achieved FCOD today because she was promoted to 20 lbs on see saw press and the intensity for her finisher was amazing! Also, shout out to Adriana for her awesome first workout since having baby Victor!

Jaime earned FCOD this morning for her strength on see saw rows with 15's.  She steadily pushed through all 45 seconds of all three rounds while executing perfect form!

6:15 AM Coppell Training Group
Sondra earned FCOD for her first day back! She had wonderful form on the deadlifts and the see saw press.

Sara earned FCOD for this session because she ROCKED the workout and she completed a (surprise!) 100+ lb tire drill at the end of the session!

Newbies Jocelyn and Miranda came in ready to work! Both took direction really well and made any adjustments I suggested to form instantly. Jocelyn's lunges looked perfect and Miranda pushed through the reverse pikes!

5:30 AM Highland Village Training Group
By unanimous decision, Maria earned FCOD for adding a band with her 15's on deadlifts.  Lots of great things from all this morning.  Kalpana rocked plank ups and pike ups and Jennifer did an awesome job on her bulgarian split squats!

Andrea and Candace pushed each other today!!!! They both were soldiers through the core stations...with grimaces and sweat they pushed through and rocked it out!!!

Natasha has achieved FCOD for this session, for her intensity on her high knee runs and wall sit combo.

Jaime, Daryle, Nikki and Jennifer tied for FCOD this morning.  They all did an outstanding job on the Turkish Get Ups and pushed through soreness and fatigue on the intense finisher of traveling high knees and wall sits.

6:15 AM Coppell Training Group
Andrea, Cinnamon, and Tara tied for FCOD this morning for doing an excellent job on their first time doing Turkish Get Ups.

FCOD was earned by Natasha, Nancy and Pamela for pushing through a particularly difficult training set this session!
5:30 AM Highland Village Training Group
FCOD was earned by Maria for making it the farthest on the grueling finisher this morning. She edged out Jaime by completing 6 out of 10 burpees on her way back up the ladder.  Nice job to Jaime though for coming in a close second and being the only one to complete all three rounds of the strength portion using 15's for see saw press.  Shout outs also to Jennifer for increasing her range of motion on sumo squats, Nikki for using 15's on squat/curl/press and reverse rows, Daryle for 1.5 step ups with weights and Kalpana for some fantastic slider body saws.

FCOD was earned by Cinnamon, Tara, and Andrea for pushing through a difficult training set!

FCOD was earned by Bernice whose consistency and focus is really paying off! She maintained an excellent intensity throughout the workout, especially impressive was her performance on the body saw.
