FCOD was miss Tracy!!! First fit clubbed to pump up to green band on band DLs and she maintained stellar form!!!

FCOD every lady there went above and beyond today!!! Ellicia and Andrea had beautiful renegade rows; Candace, Party and Cinnamon went low low low on their goblet squats while keeping their chest upright; Tara rocked out some fantastic single leg DLs displaying awesome stability and core strength!!!

Nancy, Tara, Randee, Pamela, Carolyn all made FCOD for rocking their tough Spartan Warrior workout!

5:30 AM Highland Village Training Group
Lisa, Stephanie, Jennifer, and Andrea did a fantastic job with the challenge workout this morning.  Lisa Bridge is our FCOD for making it the furthest during the push-up rounds getting at least half way through the minute on her toes and with full range of motion. She is really making progress on this exercise.

Patty, Andrea, and Kristina made FCOD because their workout was a TOUGH Spartan Warrior workout and they embraced that burn and owned it!!!

WEDNESDAY, April 3rd
5:20 AM Coppell Training Group
All four of the ladies that were here this morning demolished their conditioning!!! They plowed through the first set of 20, 15, 10, 5 and all made it into the second round of countdowns!!! Way to go Nancy, Pamela, Carolyn and Randee!!!

5:30 AM Highland Village Training Group
For band pull aparts with the band doubled up and completing the rounds of 20 and 18 burpees and squats along with 10 of the next round of burpees, Lisa Bridge is HVAM's FCOD.  Shout out to Maria too for getting through the 16 burpees in her third round of the finisher.

6:15 AM Coppell Training Group
Kim Hartley...wow oh wow with her burpee form!!!! She extended fully into a plank when she kicked her legs back...absolutely beautiful form!!!!

It is the day you have all been waiting for! Today, we are celebrating our Local Transformation Winner and the triumph she has recently experienced in the latest Body Transformation Challenge here at Fit Club! 

Renina Simmons is an inspiration and we want to share her story! "Lil Beyonce," as some fellow Fit Clubbers know her, lost 29 lbs, and multiple dress sizes, in ONLY 9 WEEKS! This girl is on FIRE!!!! Not only does she TEAR UP her group personal training sessions, she helps everyone find the humor in the little things while she does it! She followed her nutrition plan, consistently came to her workout sessions, rolled out on her foam roller, and stayed active on her off-days... what can we say? She was committed to her goal, and it shows! Congratulations, Renina! We want to see more of this! 


How did Renina do it? We got Miss Renina to sit down with master trainer, Concita, and let us in on her tips and tricks to winning her Transformation Challenge, and Embracing the Burn in and out of Fit Club! Thanks Renina!
