Aleya represented last night & embraced burn! She forgot to do her push ups in between her plank ups and went back & did the whole set again! Her energy was through the roof!
Amanda tapped into that inner tiger & pushed her way throng her curl & presses with 25lb.!

Chiquista knocked it out the park last night & bumped her deadlifts up to 35 lbs. & in true XDS fashion Trish kicked butt all bandaged up. She had band aids on her elbows & still managed to pump out some plank ups & curl & presses.

Where do we train? The Fit Club training studio- 773 S. MacArthur Blvd, Suite #215, Coppell.  Weekly group training sessions also held at Excite Gym in Highland Village.  See our online schedule for complete schedule details.

When do we start? Our first day is November 25th.  We know this is a busy time of year so our video orientation and kickoff will be posted in our online forum by November 23rd.  The challenge runs from November 25th through December 26th.  Our victory workout will be held on December 26th  (time TBD) at the Fit Club studio.

Woohoo these ladies were on FIYAH this morning!!!! Crazy energy and intensity and they were encouraging the heck out of each other...loved it!!! Kim Spight is bootcamper of the day!!! She told me she couldn't hold her plank for 50 seconds and she did every single round!!!!

Jennifer dug deep this morning! She was gritting her teeth and pushed through using 20's & 25's on her see saw press & bent over underhand rows.

These ladies were pushing each other to go heavier and harder!!! As a result Miss Andrea bumped to 20lbs on her rows with ease!!! I also challenged her to do level 3 on the slider body saw planks for the entire time on round 3...she fought for it and did the entire 50 seconds!!!!

All of these fit clubbers stepped their workout up today by taking a challenge and facing it head on. We added the bosu to our sumo squats to engage more of our core this morning & all of them tried and succeeded. Great job ladies!!!!
