Rachael you rocked!  Second time at Fit Club but you already showed improvement and increased your levels.  Way to go!

Coppell 5:20am
Nancy rocked her workout including SUPER SLOW WEIGHTED eccentric step ups.  Way to embrace the burn Nancy!

Highland Village 5:30am
Rochelle congrats on your outstanding level 3 slider hamstring curls and breaking your own record on the Leg Crank finisher.  Way to go!

Coppell 6:15am
Kim your determination to finish the Leg Crank finisher was unbelievable.  Way to dig deep!

Coppell 9:30am
Bernice awesome determination and such significant improvement in such a short amount of time.  Keep working girl.  You are on your way!

Coppell 5:20am Group:

Fit Clubber of the Day goes to Nancy, Vijaya, A.D., Randee, Natasha, and Pamela!!!!! I bumped AD up to 25 pounds on Deadlift Rows and everyone else followed suit!!! Awesome thing to see.


Highland Village 5:30am Group:
Nikki earns the title for taking the challenge of bumping up to 15's on deadlift rows and squat to press without hesitation.  Shout out also to Maria for improving on her side planks...she even did a few of the rounds with her leg abducted.

Coppell 6:15am Group:


Fit Clubber of the Day is Cinnamon Barnes...took every ab exercise I threw at her til we found the "right" one. And she pushed hard during conditioning!!!!



Coppell 9:30am Group:
Cathy and Andrea pushed through today's workout with awesome focus and intensity.  Way to go!

Fit Clubber of the Day goes to Michelle for rocking our lower body focused workout with awesome intensity and excellent form solo.  It is hard to dig deep without a station partner and you did a great job!

Fit Clubber of the Day goes to Pamela for being the LONE early am Fit Clubber to let go of the bed on this frosty morning and completely ROCK Concita's impromptu workout change.  Awesome way to rock your one on one session!

Highland Village 5:30am
We have co-FC'sOD today.  Daryle's increased range of motion on close grip pushups was fantastic and I couldn't overlook Nikki's determination to complete the burpee/plank faceoff ladder.  Great energy this morning from these ladies!

Coppell 6:15am Group:
Sondra and Swati are Fit Clubbers of the Day. Even for the late morning group, the cold weather was an obstacle and these two rocked the modified workout with great intensity  Way to go ladies!

Coppell 6:30pm:
Aleya had a great performance and bumped up levels on multiple exercise.  Most notable was the increase in weight for the deadlifts.  Way to work it Aleya!

Coppell 5:20am:
Randee and Tara made it all the way down the ladder and part way back up in this morning's challenge workout.  Way to work it ladies!


Highland Village 5:30am

Nikki is our FCOD.  She gave level 3 slider hamstring curls a try when challenged and did a fantastic job.  She also gave 110% during the entire 60 seconds of all rounds of spiderman (almost Ninja) climbs and high knees.  She got everyone's attention this morning!

Coppell 6:15am
Tara, Candace, and Kim all made it all the way down the ladder and part way back up in this morning's challenge workout.  Way to work it ladies!


Coppell 9:30am
Andrea and Bernice both had great intensity and focus on today's workout.  Awesome job on the overhead lunges Andrea.  Nice job on embracing the burpees Bernice!

Sometimes there is no memo necessary- we all wore pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month without planning .

Coppell 5:20 Session:
FCOD was Carolyn Matthews!!!! Her form was perfect and she performed her reps on every exercise in a very controlled and deliberate manner. I challenged her to go up a level or half a level on the press portion of the offset squats and she did :)
Coppell 6:15 Session:

FCOD was Tara Barnes!!! She wanted to use 15s for DL rows but there were none so she grabbed 12s. I challenged her to Ty the 18lb KBs and if they were too heavy to drop back down to the 12s. She rocked out the 18s with perfect form!!!!


Mommy Makeover Training Session:
Camila rocked her workout today.  She was focused and had awesome form and made many level progressions today.  Way to go Camila!

Highland Village Session:
Maria earned FCOD for level 3 pushup claps for her first time today!

Susan your improvement in just one week is incredible.  Way to embrace a really tough workout.  I saw your level 2 and 3 variations... you have crossed over and can't go back now. Way to go!

Coppell 5:20AM Session:
Tiffany you were on fire today and in your zone the ENTIRE workout.  Your performance during our Burpee Plank Off finisher was especially impressive.  Nice work!

Coppell 6:15AM Session:

FIT CLUBBERS OF THE DAY



Highland Village PM Session:
Tricia, Jennifer G, Aleya Trena, Amber, Melissa, Carla, Nikki, Angela, and Ginna ALL rocked the challenge workout but most of all had so much positive energy and enthusiasm going the ENTIRE WORKOUT.   Plenty of trash talking and keeping each other accountable made this workout a stellar group performance.

Coppell 5:20am Session:
Donna gets Fit Clubber of the day not only for her great workout performance today but also for her dedication to cleaning up her nutrition.  She appears often with labels and containers to make sure her dietary picks are helping her get to her goal.  Awesome dedication Donna!

Highland Village 5:30am Session:
Maria for level 3 slider hamstring curls for the first time!  She did an outstanding job. Great effort this morning from all!

Coppell 6:15am Session:
Evelyn's intensity was off the charts this morning.  With each passing month, her strength, endurance, and focus grows.  Way to keep getting better Evelyn!

Coppell 9:30am Session:
Camila earns the title today for fitting in with the veterans on a tough lower body focused workout and totally embracing the challenge of the "Leg Crank" finisher.  Way to go!

Highland Village 5:30 Session
Nikki earned FCOD for mastering deadlifts.  Shout outs also to Jaime and Kalpana for pushup claps and Maria and Nikki for plyo pushups. Rochelle is so close to getting off the ground on plyo pushups...it won't be long.

Coppell 5:20 Session
A.D.  killed the surprise challenge workout.  She took that challenge personally and got all the way down the 10,8,6,4,2 rep ladder AND BACK UP TO 8.  It was insane to watch.  Way to go girl!

Coppell 6:15 Session
Evelyn was on a mission today...focused, driven and determined!!!!

Coppell 9:30am Session!
Cathy took the surprise challenge workout as a needed opportunity to blow off some steam and boy did she have a stellar performance.  Way to use that energy for a good cause Cathy

Fit Club Members Are Rocking Again!

How strange is this?... two Fit Clubbers escaped before I took this picture but those two had on the same color top as well.  The Fit Clubbers were color coordinated by pairs today....STRANGE!  Love it!

Unbelievable Upper Body Workout

Coppell 6:30pm Training Session: Susan gets Fit Clubber of the day because her first day was the same day as our "unbelievable upper body workout".  While every person in session that night brought their A game, Susan got FCOD for hanging in there with the veterans.

Coppell 5:20am Training Session:
Candace Sandifer, Carolyn Matthews, Donna Worley, Natasha Toney, Pamela Mears, Swati Aparaju, Tiffany Green, and AD Oliver rocked the UUB workout this morning.  The energy in that session was through the roof.  Way to push each other to new heights girls!

Highland Village 5:30am Training Session:

Jaime Fechter, Nikki Berland, and Daryle Currie earned Fit Team of the Day for setting their mind to completing the ladder finisher.  With 1 second left, they completed the ladder down to 2 burpees!  Great job ladies!



Coppell 6:15am Training Session:
Cinnamon Barnes, Tara Barnes, and Evelyn Miller earned Fit Team of the Day for keeping each other going during the UUB Workout and pushing each other to finish the Burpee Plank Off Finisher before time ran out.

Angela brought her A game to a fun and crazy workout.  She is getting stronger as the weeks go by and we can definitely see the fruit of her labor.  Keep rocking Angela!

Highland Village 5:30AM
Everyone did an outstanding job today but Jaime earns the title for getting the closest to completing 2 full rounds of the difficult finisher!

Coppell 5:20AM
Donna's workout today was AMAZING!  She dug in on a super hard lower body focused workout and finished strong with the "Leg Crank".  I think her new baseball cap fueled her performance.  She was focused and IN THE ZONE!  Way to go Donna!

Coppell 6:15AM
Cinnamon's consistency and hard work is showing.  Awesome job tody on the "Leg Crank" finisher Cinnamon.  Keep rocking!

Coppell 9:30AM
Bernice is doing great getting into the groove of things at Fit Club.  Her form and intensity is improving at each workout.  Awesome job today!

Fit Clubbers of the Day

Congratulations to our Fit Club Rock Starts!

5:20 AM Training Group:
Miss Nancy kicked some booty!!! She comes to class excited and ready to work!!! I LOVE the energy she brings with her each and every time I coach her!!!! She's on vacation this week and still got up to come to class...that's dedication!!!!

5:30AM Training Group (Highland Village)
FCOD was earned by Jaime for completing two - 60 second rounds of push up claps!  Major shout out to our newbie, Nikki, she picked up on all the exercises very quickly and had no fear of heavy weights!  She used 15's on bicep curls and used 18lbs (yes, she held a 10 and 8lb d.b.s in one hand) on offset squats with press!

6:15AM Training Group
Sangeeta has shown so much improvement over the last 4 weeks. She is able to do so much more than the first time I coached her and her form keeps improving each week!!! She's also upping the amount of weight she uses!!!

9:30AM Training Group
Nora, Bernice, and Andrea all went in hard this morning.  Kuddos to you guys for attacking this new phase of workouts!

We have the best women's fitness training program by far...because we have the best members by far!  KEEP ROCKING FIT CLUBBERS!

Fit Clubber of the day was Daryl!  She rocked the workout Friday morning! She completed 4 rounds of the circuit and did an awesome job in the finisher especially on the pushup walks!
