Coppell New Mom Weight Loss Results
We are so proud of our member Bernice. You saw her shout out for mastering a pretty hard core exercise a few weeks back and now you get to see how all of that work paid off.
She hit her goal of getting fit enough to confidently wear her bikini again and the best part is... her baby is less than 5 months old. We are so proud of you Bernice!
Bernice did the Mommy Makeover Training sessions twice weekly along with Crazy Conditioning every Saturday. When she had extra time she would do a 10-minute home bike sprint routine designed for her by Concita.
Her nutrition changes included reducing her sugar intake and ensuring that she was getting adequate protein. We placed less emphasis on perfection in following ALL of the recommended nutrition habits and instead focused on consistency with the two named above as well as consistency with attendance to her 3 weekly sessions. Despite many tired days resulting from night time feedings and taking care of her toddler while also working in the corporate world, she committed herself to the program and has awesome results as her reward.
She is looking forward to part two of her transformation and so are we. She is definitely one to watch.
