2012 Annual Training Calendar

2012 Fit Club Training Calendar

The dates on this calendar apply to Boot Camp, Crazy Conditioning, and Mommy Makeover Training. Specialty training like Xtreme Drills & Skills Team Training and The Jean Drop Challenge run for the dates provided at sign up.

The date in parentheses is the date of Fit Club 101 for each phase. Fit Club 101 (formerly Beginner Boot Camp Class) is a time for us to learn about our new members' - both their goals and physical abilities, do assessments, teach the basics of the core movements used in our program and classes, and give you instructions on how to access all of our program resources. This is just one way that we treat our program like personal training. You will also receive your Welcome Kit at Fit Club 101. Fit Club 101 is at 8am and is held at our Coppell location - Coppell Dance Centre, 225 E. State Highway 121 (on the south east corner of 121 and Denton Tap).


Session 1: 1/2-1/28 (12/31/2012)
Session 2: 2/6-3/3 (2/4/2012)
Intro to Kettlebells*: 3/5-3/10 N/A - All locations, regular time.
Session 3: 3/19-4/7 (3/10/2012)
Session 4: 4/16-5/12 (4/14/2012)
Session 5 5/21-6/16 (5/19/2012)
Memorial Day there is a 7am workout at Coppell.
Session 6: 6/25-7/21 (6/23/2012)
Session 7: 7/30-8/25 (7/28/2012)
Session 8: 9/3-9/29 (9/1/2012)
Labor Day there is a 7am workout at Coppell.
Session 9: 10/8-11/3 (10/6/2012)
Session 10: 11/12-12/14 (11/10/2012)
We are off the week of Thanksgiving.
Specialty Camp: 12/27 - 12/29 N/A- Coppell Location 5am weekdays, 7am Saturday
