Congratulations to Roseanne as Boot Camper of the Day for her single leg slider side lunges.
This is her first week and not only did she use the slider but she had one of the deepest side lunges in the class. They were awesome! Shout outs also to Rochelle and Genie for some great single leg sit downs and Donna also had some great side lunges.
