Fit Clubbers of the Day are Daryle, Sonja, Kandace, and Shelley!!
Daryle used her 10lb weights on bulgarian split squats and also on her side plank rows!
Sonja and Shelley increased their weight on shoulder presses.
Kandace increased her weights on the side plank rows.
Shout outs to all the ladies for a job well done on the single leg negative leg curls!!
