How to Easily Increase Your Water Intake


Make Your Summer Water a Splash!!



With the extra heat this season brings, everyone should be increasing the amount of water they drink.  This, however, does NOT mean you have to give up fun and flavor.  Make drinking water more enjoyable without the extra calories by taking advantage of the summer season produce.  Here are a few tips to add zest to your water.

  1.  Add a slice or two of an orange and a lime.
  2. Instead of ice, add frozen strawberries and an orange slice or two.
  3. Craving a Mojito?  Try a healthier version….. just add mint and lime slices to your glass.

  1. i like to keep it natural, and not add powders or such to my drinks, so i also have tried cucumber slices, and watermelon chunks (my fave) with mint and ginger.

  2. I like the cucumber slices too but I have never tried watermelon. Sounds good!
