Boot Camper of the Day goes to Natasha. Her form improved dramatically from last week and any slight adjustment I had her make today she did!!! AWESOME AWESOME JOB!!!
And a shutout to everyone in class today...the energy was high and the encouragement, lead by Donna, was awesome. They cheered each other on!!
