Congratulations to Carla and Sheena, the 6:15 dynamic duo, as Boot Campers of the Day!!
Both were level 3 on several exercises and both have impeccable form. They are focused and determined!!!! Shoutout to all these ladies boot camp too !! They are focused and make whatever changes I ask of them!!! Great thing to see as a coach.
