Day 3 - workout no; water yes
ReplyDelete@Michelle- the day is not over yet. Honor your commitment. Pull out your weights and your boot camp manual and get your circuits done. If you have "no time" then take 5 minutes and do the following:
ReplyDeleteSquat to Press 10 reps
Deadlift and Row 10 reps
Alternate between these 2 exercises for 5 mintues straight with no rest after a brief warm up. You can take our boot camp warm up exercises and do 10 each and then get into it. Have fun. Let me know how it goes!

ReplyDelete@Michelle. Great job. You can tweak how you do it but don't compromise getting it done. This period is all about building your discipline and follow through and thereby your ability to believe yourself when you say you will do X to accomplish Y goal. This part is huge. Congrats to attacking it.
ReplyDeleteMy checkin: No sweets, no meats, no coffee, no soda. I wanted coffee today in a bad way but I didn't- 3 cups of tea instead...not the same. lol!
