  2. 8 min of our Thursday Squa-Bur-Lift-Lunge thingies. Yep, even the dreaded Burpees. Still hate 'em! Nonetheless, I'm proud of my teeny weeny 8 min!

    @Jaime- Way to get back on track. Remember 1-2 days off for recovery is fine but outside of that, use your power 5 minute workouts to take care of the super important workout time for you.
    @Michelle- Great job on the water. You know I can identify with the taking care of little kids part of things but remember those 5 minute power workouts to keep your commitment to yourself.
