  1. As much as I dislike getting up early, I really like getting my workout over with so I don't have to think about how to fit it in all day! For today, it's done.

    My check in: OK I'm done waiting until the end of the day or the next morning to check in. I am "locked in" as they call it and know that I am doing what I said I would so despite having more hours in my day, I am declaring.... no meats, no sweets, no caffeine, no soda.
