Coppell Boot Camp Work Out for Today...

Core Cardio Boot Camp Circuit





- Squat thrusts


- Burpees


- Cross Body Mountain Climbers

-Rest



Do the first exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds. Continue through the list in this manner. Repeat the entire list four times for a total of 12 minutes.
